We have developed each of our core Values to best achieve our vision of providing socially responsible construction solutions across Liverpool and the Wirral. Together, these Values help us remain true to our commitment to a greener future for our community.

Our Responsibilities
Our core Values determine the direction and the conduct of our company. If we are to remain true to those Values, it falls on us to develop our own responsibilities to see that they are met.
Offering green solutions to our clients
When acting as a principle contractors, we design our construction solutions from scratch. Every project is put together in an environmentally responsible manner.
Having effective recycling measures for our waste
While we plan our projects in such a way as to minimise excess material, there is often no way to eliminate waste. We partner with several local recycling centres to ensure that any waste materials can be recycled or repurposed appropriately.
Using only local labour and materials
We have our own team of local construction workers who make up a large part of our crew. When more workers are required, we hire locally from sub-contractors and individuals we know and trust. We also source our materials from local companies.
Training our local staff to ensure they are of the highest quality
We are committed to investing in our local staff, ensuring they are the best that they can be. Each member of our team receives the very best training and is encouraged to improve their skill set wherever they can.
Having a robust and market leading apprenticeship programme
For socially responsible construction initiatives like this to make a difference, we need to plan for the future. We offer an apprenticeship programme to young people in Liverpool and the Wirral that gives them the opportunity to learn the trade in the right way.
Taking an active role within our local communities
As a socially responsible company, we are involved in several community projects. In 2015, we were involved in the Homes for Veterans for the BBC. We are also involved in Bootle’s community initiative Boofest and sponsor our local Eldonians Junior Football Team.
