Being based on the Wirral ourselves, we are also happy to assist organisations like the Wirral Methodist Housing Association to upgrade their housing stock and improve living conditions for people across the peninsula. One of our recent projects for the group is listed below to give you some idea of the work involved in such an undertaking.
Simpson Street
2021 – 5 months – £350,000
Simpson Street and the surrounding area are residential neighbourhoods in Birkenhead, where the Wirral Methodist Housing Association has some 80 properties in its housing stock. As part of their regular property updates, we were instructed to fit new windows and doors to all of their buildings.
By installing high-quality doors and windows on the properties, we were able to make them more energy-efficient, reducing the heating costs for their tenants. All our doors and windows are fitted with the latest security measures as well, giving greater peace of mind to anyone living in these homes.
