Priory Wharf

Priory Wharf is a series of luxury flats in Birkenhead, overlooking the River Mersey. With wonderful views of the Liverpool skyline, it’s a much sought-after location. Its residents are a mixture of leaseholders and private tenants. We were instructed by Hollis to refurbish and upgrade the outside of the property to make it more suitable for its location and its clientele.

The main part of the project was installing a curtain wall for the property. Curtain walls are fitted to a building to protect the property from external elements, such as wind, rain, and exposure to the sun – all essential for riverfront residences, especially high-end apartments like you would find at Priory Wharf.

In addition, we were also instructed to install replacement uPVC windows and doors for the property, to make the flats more secure, more energy efficient, and less affected by noise pollution.
